A Draconian, from those old Dragonlance novels by Weis and Hickman. I think I took the pose from one of the interior pen and inks (by Elmore? Can't remember, and too lazy to look it up). Anyways, it's a pity the animated film was horrible, or so I've heard; there's some great source material there, but the producers apparentlyjust wouldn't throw the money behind it to get it done right.
