| My second 3D work, based off of Newton Ewell's Rifts Atlantis sketches. As a suit of armour I like it's borderline surreal nature, the way that no person could actually fit inside of it (unless they had a freakishly small waist and massively broad shoulders). My inexperience when creating this is pretty obvious - the polygon count is absurdly high, but I like looking back on it and seeing where I could have cut corners and still achieved the same effect. I've been more interested lately in Cel Shading, and I think Rifts is something that lends itself to a more cartoonish - not childish - presentation. The pic on the bottom is how I think a Rifts CRPG should be portrayed graphically.
