This is some of the work I've done for the Warhammer 40k Vostroyan mod. No textures on him yet, but he'll be an in-game character. This end result is based on conceptual work, feedback from the head of the mod, and a bit of on the spot modification - what works is what works. That is (or at least, it will be) a giant Russian-like hat on him... as soon as I learn to create a fur texture...
