There are two sources of inspiration for this pic: in South American mythology there's a Coatl - a winged serpent. In Napoleon Dynamite, there was a Liger - part lion, part tiger, and pretty much his favourite animal. So below we have a Cobrird, I guess. I still wouldn't say the pic is entirely finished, I'll probably do some more Photoshop work on the wings (too scaley, should look more feathery), but I've wracked my brain on this for the past couple of days so I'm giving it a rest for a little while.
